Johnny Jenkins of The Laughing Goat café

The name derives from a legend about how coffee was discovered in Ethiopia by a goatherd who noticed that his charges became very energetic after eating the berries from certain bushes. If anyone has a trip to Boulder, Colorado in their future this lovely little coffee shop is worth a visit!
