Subud Boston is holding its annual winter Kedjiwaan Day on Sunday February 9th at Temple Beth Israel, 25 Harvard Street in Waltham and we hope you can attend. We call this a Kedjiwaan Day, but actually it is an afternoon. We will start at noon and finish around five o’clock.

The afternoon will be dedicated to nurturing our practice of the latihan and our inner spiritual development in order to help clear the way for Susila Budhi Dharma (the noble way of life lived according to God’s will) and to strengthen the state of Subud Boston both on an individual and a collective level.

We will break for “High Tea” in the midafternoon with refreshments provided by our members. The tea will be potluck and we encourage pariticipants to bring food that is easy to eat standing or sitting, without benefit of a table. Also, because we will be in a Jewish temple, all food must be kosher. Vida will send out a SignupGenius email about a week before the event so that people can let us know what they will be bringing.

After tea, there will be latihan, group testing, and discussion. We plan to finish around five o’clock, but the ending time is flexible and can be adjusted according to how we feel at the time.

If you wish to do any personal testing, please get in touch with one of the helpers to arrange it beforehand. Contact  Dorothea Osborne (women) at 781-862-7940 or Milton Reilly (men) at 781-526-1055.

Some members are planning to go out to the Treetop Restaurant (Thai) afterward for dinner. It would be good to get a rough count of numbers so that we can make a reservation. If you want to go, please let Ruslan know, (978) 405-9471
